NovaBridge Biosciences (NBP) said Tuesday the US Food and Drug Administration granted fast track designation to its experimental therapy, givastomig, in combination with nivolumab and chemotherapy, for certain previously untreated patients with HER2-negative advanced or metastatic gastroesophageal adenocarcinoma.
The company said the fast track designation is intended to accelerate the development and regulatory review of therapies that address serious conditions and unmet medical needs.
