Yorkville International Capital (YICC) priced its initial public offering of 20 million units at $10 each.

The units are expected to be listed on the Nasdaq under the ticker symbol "YICCU," starting Tuesday, the company said Monday. The Class A ordinary shares and warrants will likely be listed under the symbols "YICC" and "YICCW," respectively.

Each unit comprises one Class A ordinary share and one-third of one redeemable warrant, with each whole warrant entitling the holder to purchase one Class A ordinary share at $11.50 each.

The company granted its underwriter a 45-day option to purchase up to 3 million additional units to cover any over allotments.

The offering is expected to close on Wednesday.
