Gloo Q1 Loss Narrows, Revenue Up; Buys Remaining Midwestern Stake

Gloo (GLOO) late Monday reported a Q1 net loss of $0.21 per share, narrowing from a loss of $3.87 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected a loss of $0.21.

Revenue for the quarter ended April 30 was $41.5 million, up from $12.3 million a year earlier.

Analysts expected $36 million.

For Q2, the company expects revenue of $44 million. Analysts expect $42.7 million.

For fiscal 2026, Gloo said it raises its revenue guidance to $195.0 million. Analysts expect $188.8 million.

Gloo also said it has acquired the remaining 20% stake in Midwestern, bringing its total ownership to 100%.
