Serial Achieva (SGX:XHV) completed the subscription of SG$4.6 million worth of shares to UFCT Technology, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Shares of the distributor of technology products were up nearly 6% in Friday trading.
The company has allotted and issued 21.0 million shares at SG$0.22 each under the subscription agreement.
The distributor of consumer and enterprise information technology products had signed a subscription agreement with UFCT back in March.
