Accendra Health (ACH) said Wednesday that holders of nearly all of its outstanding 4.5% senior notes due 2029 and 6.625% senior notes due 2030 had tendered their notes in its exchange offers and related consent solicitations.
As of June 9, holders had tendered about $478.3 million, or 99.9%, of the 2029 notes, and $547.9 million, or 99.2%, of the 2030 notes, the company said.
Under the transaction, participating holders will exchange their existing notes for newly issued 9% senior secured first lien notes due 2032 and 9.75% senior secured second lien notes due 2033, according to a statement.
Accendra said it is also raising $326.25 million through the issuance of new first lien notes.
The early settlement date is expected to be June 15, while the expiration date for the offers has been extended to June 23, with a late settlement date set for June 25, the company said.
Shares of Accendra were up more than 1% in premarket activity Wednesday.
