EBR Systems (ASX:EBR) entered into a fully underwritten AU$150 million capital raising on June 4 through the issuance of around 394.7 million chess depositary interests (CDI) at AU$0.38 each, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
The capital raising comprises a AU$64.4 million institutional placement, including tranche one and a conditional tranche two subject to shareholder approval, and a AU$85.6 million accelerated non-renounceable entitlement offer, per the filing.
The company completed the institutional placement and institutional component of its entitlement offer on June 5, raising about AU$106.4 million in total, with remaining entitlements and the underwritten shortfall allocated to institutional investors, the filing said.
Tranche two is anticipated to settle in August, subject to approval, while the retail entitlement offer opens on Thursday to raise an additional AU$43.6 million, the filing added.
