Navan Fiscal Q1 Swings to Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Increases; Shares Rise After Hours

Navan (NAVN) reported fiscal Q1 adjusted earnings late Wednesday of $0.08 per diluted share, swinging from a loss of $0.15 a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $0.01.
Revenue for the three months ended April 30 was $220.2 million, up from $157.5 million a year earlier.
Analysts expected $205.3 million.
For fiscal Q2, the company expects revenue of $219 million to $221 million. Analysts expect $213.9 million.
For fiscal 2027, the firm now expects revenue of $907 million to $913 million, up from the prior forecast of $866 million to $874 million. Analysts expect $871.7 million.
Shares of Navan rose more than 20% in after-hours activity.
