Federal Agricultural Mortgage (AGM) said Monday that Zachary Carpenter will become chief executive officer effective July 1, succeeding Bradford Nordholm.
The move completes a succession plan announced in September 2025, when Carpenter, currently president and chief operating officer, was named Nordholm's successor.
