ITG filed for an initial public offering.

The company, which provides services to the utility infrastructure industry, didn't say how many shares it would offer, or at what price, according to a Friday filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

ITG said it would use proceeds from the IPO to repay certain debts and for other general corporate purposes.

The existing shareholders will continue to own a majority of the company following the IPO, it said in the filing.

The company swung to a loss of $13.2 million in the quarter ended March 31, compared with a profit of $1.6 million a year earlier. Revenue rose to $333.9 million from $225.4 million, according to the filing.
