0632 GMT - Sanli Environmental's FY 2027 EPS growth is still projected at 136% despite earnings forecast reductions by CGS International, analyst William Tng says in a research report. The company has an order book of 748.1 million Singapore dollars as at May 28 that is slated for delivery over FY 2027-FY 2032, the analyst notes. Also, revenue recognition on new projects is likely to kick in, and there are prospects of further order wins over FY 2027-FY 2029. However, the brokerage cuts its FY 2027-FY 2028 revenue forecasts for the engineering company by 29.1%-39.1% to reflect revenue recognition deferment. It lowers the stock's target price to S$0.22 from S$0.33 with an unchanged add rating. Shares are 0.6% lower at S$0.175. (ronnie.harui@wsj.com)
