0210 GMT - Valuetronics Holdings' capital management looks positive, UOB Kay Hian analysts say in a research report. The company raised its dividend payout ratio to 50%-70% of net profit from 30%-50% previously, effective immediately, the analysts note. The company also unveiled a two-year HK$300-million capital return program to be executed between FY 2027 and FY 2028, which is a step up from prior program which had no timeline. As the company shifts focus toward its higher-margin Industrial and Commercial Electronics business, its gross profit margin should stay healthy. The brokerage raises the stock's target price to 1.88 Singapore dollars from 1.03 Singapore dollar, with an unchanged buy rating. Shares are 2.6% lower at 1.14 Singapore dollar.
