Community Financial System (CBU) said Monday that it has completed the acquisition of ClearPoint Federal Bank & Trust in a deal valued at $39 million.
ClearPoint Federal Bank & Trust will now operate as ClearPoint Trust, a division of the company's Community Bank subsidiary, Community Financial System said.
