0730 GMT - Meituan's improved earnings outlook is likely to support its stock price in the near term, Nomura analysts say in a research note. Its food delivery business's profitability improved significantly in 1Q, the analysts say. They point out that the segment turned positive in March and management expects it to break even in 2Q. "This suggests that near-term earnings risk is improving meaningfully versus market concerns," they say. Nomura keeps its neutral rating, with a target price of HK$92.00. Shares last traded at HK$85.20. (tracy.qu@wsj.com)
