Signet Jewelers Fiscal Q1 Adjusted Earnings, Sales Rise; Updates Fiscal 2027 Outlook

Signet Jewelers (SIG) reported fiscal Q1 adjusted earnings Tuesday of $1.56 per diluted share, up from $1.18 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.38.

Sales for the quarter ended May 2 were $1.55 billion, up from $1.54 billion a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $1.55 billion.

For fiscal Q2, the company expects sales of $1.50 billion to $1.53 billion. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $1.54 billion.

For fiscal 2027, Signet Jewelers expects adjusted diluted EPS of $9.20 to $11.00 on sales of $6.7 billion to $6.9 billion, compared with its previous forecast of adjusted diluted EPS of $8.80 to $10.74 on sales of $6.6 billion to $6.9 billion.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect $10.45 and $6.84 billion, respectively.

Shares of the company were up 4.9% in premarket trading Tuesday.
