Picard Medical Says Bernard Skaggs Terminated as CFO; Shares Up Pre-Bell

Picard Medical (PMI) terminated Bernard Skaggs as chief financial officer, effective Monday, the company said Tuesday.

The company appointed Georgina Smith as chief accounting officer, also effective Monday, according to a regulatory filing. Smith recently served as controller of Picard Medical's SynCardia Systems unit.

The company's shares were up 111% in premarket activity.
