Ideaya Biosciences (IDYA) said Wednesday it will collaborate with Roche to evaluate its investigational compound IDE892 combined with Roche's RG6505 in patients with MTAP-deleted, RAS-mutant pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma.
Ideaya said it will sponsor the clinical trial while Roche will supply RG6505, with both companies jointly overseeing the program.
The companies will retain commercial rights to their respective compounds, including as monotherapy and as combination therapies, according to Ideaya.
The company said it is currently evaluating IDE892 in a phase 1 dose escalation study in MTAP-deleted solid tumors.
Ideaya Biosciences shares were down 1.5% in premarket activity Wednesday.
