Shares of Liftoff Mobile are set to make their trading debut Thursday after the mobile app advertising software company's initial public offering was priced above expectations, raising $437 million.
Liftoff late Wednesday said it is selling 19 million shares at $23 each, compared with an expected price range of $20 to $22.
The pricing gives the Redwood City, Calif., company, which is backed by backed by private-equity firm Blackstone, an initial market capitalization of nearly $3.9 billion, assuming the underwriters exercise an option to buy an additional 2.9 million shares.
Liftoff shares are due to begin trading later Thursday on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol LFTO.
