Caring Brands (CABR) and SanPellegrino Cosmetics have expanded their licensing agreement for Photocil and Hair Enzyme Booster, extending commercialization rights across India, Latin America, Russia, Australia and New Zealand, the companies said Monday.

Under the revised five-year deal, SCPL will continue commercializing both products, which are already marketed in India and parts of Asia through partners including Eris Lifesciences, Dr. Reddy's, Cipla, Dabur and Glenmark Pharmaceuticals.

The companies said the agreement builds on three years of collaboration and aims to broaden access to the therapies for conditions including vitiligo, psoriasis and hair loss across new international markets.

Caring Brands shares were up more than 7% in Monday premarket trading.
