Sinovac Biotech (SVA) said Friday it has received a delist determination letter from Nasdaq for failing to timely file its annual report on Form 20-F for the year ended Dec. 31, 2025.
The company said it has requested a hearing with the exchange.
Such hearing request stays the suspension of its securities for a period of 22 calendar days from the date of the determination, it added.
