Hyatt Hotels Boosts Share Buyback Authorization by $1 Billion, Reaffirms Fiscal 2026 Outlook

Hyatt Hotels (H) said Thursday that its board has increased its share repurchase authorization by $1 billion to about $1.5 billion.
The company also reaffirmed its 2026 fiscal year financial outlook issued on April 30, including net income between $255 million and $350 million. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $281 million.
For 2028, Hyatt said it expects 2028 net income of $490 million to $635 million. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $491.6 million.
