PolyNovo (ASX:PNV) received notice that JPMorgan Chase and its affiliates decreased their holdings in the company to 7.45% from 9.18%, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
JPMorgan Chase and its affiliates now own 51.5 million shares in the company, the filing said.
The company's shares rose 5% in recent Monday trade.
