Adveritas (ASX:AV1) said its annualized recurring revenue (ARR) reached AU$16.3 million within the first two months of the June quarter, an increase of 8% from AU$15.08 million in around two months from March 31, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.

The majority of new ARR added in the quarter to date has been derived from new US-based organizations outside of its established sports betting and online gaming segments, per the filing.

It said 652 sign-ups were registered with the TrafficGuard small and mid-sized enterprise self-serve platform to date since its launch on April 1, and 54 billable accounts were now active as paying subscribers. 120 advertisers were on active trial under the 30-day free trial period.

Its shares rose 2% in recent trading on Tuesday.
