Ventia Services Group Awarded NZ$125 Million Road Maintenance Contract in New Zealand

Ventia Services Group (ASX:VNT, NZE:VNT) said it secured a road maintenance and renewal services contract from the Far North District Council New Zealand worth about NZ$125 million over an initial five-year term, according to Thursday filings with the Australian and New Zealand bourses.
Under the contract, which commences on July 1 and has extension options of three and two years, Ventia will provide road network maintenance services, including pavement, structures, vegetation, and roadside assets, for the southern road network, per the filing.
