Atlas Arteria (ASX:ALX) said the acceptance period for a right of first offer notice it recently issued to the Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan has expired, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
The notice relates to Atlas Arteria's interest in the Chicago Skyway toll road in the US.
The company said its independent directors will now explore opportunities for all or part of its Chicago Skyway interest.
