CDC Data Centres Chief Financial Officer David Collins approved a AU$1 billion hybrid offering, according to a report by the Australian Financial Review (AFR) on Monday.

CDC is owned by Infratil (ASX:IFT), Future Fund, and Commonwealth Superannuation Scheme.

Infratil's 49.72% stake in CDC was valued at AU$7.45 billion as of a March 31 independent valuation, per the report.

Morrison, Infratil's manager, did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
