Nufarm gets a new bull in Jefferies as the crop-chemicals supplier reaches an inflection point. "We upgrade Nufarm to buy following confirmation of cyclical inflection in Crop Protection and Seeds, alongside improved cashflow outlook that provides viable pathway to deleveraging," analyst Ramoun Lazar says. Jefferies highlights improved prospects for Nufarm's Growth Platforms business. It says omega-3 costs are easing, while the business's capital profile is reducing. That should give management more options over the longer term, especially as regulation is pared back in Europe and China. "We believe risks around leverage have abated," Jefferies adds. Its price target rises 32% to A$3.50/share. Nufarm ended Wednesday at A$2.91. (david.winning@wsj.com; @dwinningWSJ)
