1414 Degrees (ASX:14D) confirmed that it complies with the listing rules in response to a letter by the ASX, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.
It was not aware of any information not disclosed to the market that would explain the recent price surge in its shares. However, it noted a May 13 filing regarding the establishment of an aerospace and defense division focusing on the drone and aerospace market.
Its shares climbed 10% in recent trading on Friday, reaching a one-year peak.
