Elders Poised for Lowest Close Since October 2023 -- Market Talk

0057 GMT - Rural services specialist Elders's share price tumbles 22% to its lowest level since October 2023 following its 1H result. Citi says 1H revenue of A$1.77 billion was ahead of expectations, but Ebit of A$77 million was a 7% miss to consensus forecasts. Citi says corporate costs were higher than expected, including a rise in IT costs that will persist into 2027. Elders's stock recently traded at A$5.61.
