WuXi XDC Cayman (HKG:2268) disclosed plans to buy back $100 million worth of shares, according to a Monday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
The contract research, development and manufacturing organization's shares gained nearly 6% in morning trade Tuesday.
The company said its current share price does not reflect its intrinsic value, representing a good opportunity to conduct the buyback.
