Smurfit Westrock (SW) plans to delist from the London Stock Exchange and shift to a sole listing on the New York Stock Exchange, the packaging company said Wednesday.
The company's decision followed its review of trading activity in London and the costs and regulatory requirements of maintaining a dual listing, it said.
Smurfit Westrock will ask UK regulator to cancel its London listing and expects the delisting to take effect on June 22, it added.
