AFT Pharmaceuticals (ASX:AFP, NZE:AFT) appointed Stuart Houliston as chief financial officer, effective June 15, according to a Monday filing with the Australian and New Zealand bourses.
Houliston will succeed Malcolm Tubby after his retirement on May 29, with Simon Bosley taking on the role in the interim period, per the filing.
Houliston will be joining the company from Sanford (NZE:SAN), the filing added.
