IG Group Holdings shares hit an all-time high after the online-trading company raised its guidance following a strong start to the year.

Shares were up 11% at 17.46 pounds in early afternoon European trading, leading the FTSE 100 index risers. They are currently up 33% over the year to date.

IG Group said first quarter organic revenue rose 19% to 331.2 million pounds ($445 million), while the net interest margin fell 22% to 24.7 million pounds due mostly to lower interest rates.

Chief Executive Breon Corcoran attributed the company's performance to a broader product offering and favorable market conditions.

"With commercial momentum accelerating, we are upgrading our guidance for 2026 and medium-term outlook," Corcoran said.

The company is now guiding for organic revenue growth of 10% to 15% for the year and for net interest income of between 110 million pounds and 120 million pounds.

It had previously forecast high single-digit organic revenue growth and net interest income of 110 million pounds. Organic revenue for 2025 was 1.10 billion pounds on continuing operations.

The company added that it expects organic total revenue growth of at least 10% a year beyond 2026, with earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization margins in a mid-40s percent range.

IG Group said it plans to announce the result of its strategic review in the fall. It said alongside earnings on March 19 that the board was reviewing options to boost shareholder value, including acquisitions, its domicile, and listing venues.

The company also said it was considering merging parts of the group with other industry participants.
