Revenue for quarter ended April 30 rose to $1.72 billion from $1.31 billion a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $1.71 billion.
The company expects fiscal Q3 non-GAAP EPS of $2.43 to $2.49 on revenue of $1.73 billion to $1.75 billion. Analysts expect $2.16 and $1.65 billion, respectively.
Shares of Keysight Technologies were up almost 9% in after-hours activity.
