Gujarat Inject (Kerala) (BOM:524238) said Managing Director and Chairman Murli Shivshankaran Nair resigned from the roles, effective May 16, according to a same-day filing on BSE.
Shares of the company rose 2% in Monday's trade.
The company appointed Deepak Diwan Bachwani as whole-time director and designated him as chairman effective same date, subject to shareholder approval, the filing said.
