Twilio (TWLO) is seeing broad-based demand across core messaging and voice consumption offerings, as well as growing agentic artificial intelligence opportunities with AI native customers, Oppenheimer said in a Monday research note.

Oppenheimer noted that Voice AI is starting to expand from AI-natives to enterprise customers with AI/agent customer service use cases being a key near-term driver, while AI-natives further expand to Twilio's messaging offering.

Additionally, the company's management has described good scalability and consistency in messaging growth, the brokerage said, adding that Twilio's targeted country approach is driving share gains internationally.

Twilio's new Console offering is seeing encouraging early signs of adoption, further improves the company's self-serve engagement and sets the stage for cross-selling/multi-product adoption, according to the note.

Oppenheimer maintained its outperform rating and a $235 price target on the company's stock.
