Xero Bulls Sees U.S. Product Fit Improving -- Market Talk
Dow Jones
May 18
0444 GMT - Xero keeps its bull at Citi amid the accounting-software provider's accelerating U.S. growth and product momentum. Reiterating his buy rating on the stock, analyst Siraj Ahmed tells clients in a note that the Australia-listed company's U.S. subscriber growth suggests that improving product-market-fit is resonating with users. U.K. subscriber growth is another FY 2026 highlight for Ahmed, who reckons that Xero's guidance looks conservative on both revenue and expenses. Citi raises its target price 1% to A$113.60. Shares are down 1.6% at A$78.38. (stuart.condie@wsj.com)
