Brady Fiscal Q3 Adjusted Earnings, Net Sales Increase; Raises Fiscal 2026 Adjusted EPS Outlook

Brady (BRC) reported fiscal Q3 adjusted earnings Monday of $1.50 per diluted share, up from $1.22 a year earlier.

Two analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.35.

Net sales for the quarter ended April 30 were $435.2 million, compared with $382.6 million a year earlier.

Two analysts polled by FactSet expected $406.1 million.

For fiscal 2026, the company raised its adjusted diluted EPS outlook to between $5.20 and $5.30, from the previous range of $4.95 to $5.15. Two analysts polled by FactSet expect $5.01.

Shares of Brady were up more than 5% premarket Monday.
