Robotphoenix Intelligent Technology Nets HK$673 Million Ahead of Hong Kong Trading Debut

Robotphoenix Intelligent Technology (HKG:6871) raised HK$672.9 million in net proceeds from its initial public offering in Hong Kong.

The final offer price was set at HK$30.50 per H-share, according to a Friday after-market filing with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The China-based industrial robotics maker offered 24.6 million H-shares in the global offering.

The Hong Kong public offer was 14,855.40 times subscribed, with a final allocation of 4.92 million shares, representing 20% of the total offering.

The international offering was 9.77 times subscribed, with a final allocation of 19.7 million shares, or 80% of the total offering.

Robotphoenix is scheduled to debut on the Hong Kong bourse on Monday, May 18.
