Rumble Resources (ASX:RTR) unit Western Queen has struck a toll milling and blending agreement with Gylden Resources and Kirkalocka Gold SPV, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.

As part of the deal, Gylden will process gold-bearing ore from Rumble's Western Queen Gold and Tungsten project in Western Australia at Kirkalocka's 2.1 million tonnes per annum processing plant for four years and 11 months, starting when the first parcel of ore is processed.

The agreement includes "competitive milling and blending fees fixed for calendar year 2027," per the filing. Fees for subsequent years will be negotiated annually under a no profit share arrangement, with Rumble receiving all of the recovered gold from Western Queen ore.

Additionally, the parties have agreed to negotiate on the development of a facility to process tungsten-bearing ore from Western Queen at Kirkalocka if Rumble decides to mine such material.
