Mineral Resources Founder Sells Nearly 2 Million Shares

Mineral Resources' (ASX:MIN) founder Chris Ellison sold 1.8 million ordinary shares at AU$69.98 per share in the company through an on-market sale between Monday and Thursday, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
The disposal was carried out for personal financial planning, including setting up a family office, per the filing.
Ellison remains the company's largest shareholder, holding 20.8 million shares, which represents 10.54% of the issued capital, the filing added.
