Man Wah's Full-Year Profit Falls 12%

Man Wah Holdings (HKG:1999) recorded HK$1.81 billion in attributable profit for the fiscal year ended March 31, falling 12% from HK$2.06 billion a year earlier, according to a Friday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.

Earnings per share were HK$0.4672, compared with HK$0.5319 in the prior-year period.

Revenue fell 2.8% year on year to HK$16.4 billion, figures showed.

The company also declared a dividend of HK$0.09 per share, payable July 22 to shareholders of record on July 13.
