Integra Resources (ITRG) entered an agreement to grant 517,103 of its common shares worth $1.5 million to the Shoshone-Paiute Tribes, the company said late Wednesday.
The equity agreement is expected to advance work related to the DeLamar project and support Shoshone-Paiute to participate as a partner with a direct interest in value creation associated with the project, the company said.
