Vicinity Centres (ASX:VCX) agreed to acquire the Eastern Creek Quarter hybrid retail asset in New South Wales from Frasers Property for AU$400 million, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
The transaction is expected to be settled on June 30, subject to securing the landlord's consent to the assignment of the underlying long-term ground leases, the filing said.
