Accelerant Holdings (ARX) continues to execute on its business plan in its first few public quarters and is using its current share price levels to repurchase stock rapidly, RBC Capital Markets said Thursday in a report.

RBC raised its 2026 adjusted EPS estimate to $0.70 from $0.58, and its 2027 estimate to $1 from $0.80, reflecting improved profitability expectations in H2 and in 2027, along with significant buybacks.

The firm also increased its adjusted EBITDA estimates to $289.3 million for 2026 from $275.9 million, and to $379 million for 2027 from $376.2 million.

Accelerant is an insurance holding company that operates a data-driven risk exchange connecting specialty underwriters with risk-capital partners.

With Accelerant disclosing $52 million of Q2 repurchases in addition to $11 million in Q1 buybacks, RBC now models full utilization of the company's $200 million authorization by 2026 and projects an incremental $100 million of buybacks in 2027.

RBC maintained its outperform rating on Accelerant stock with an $18 price target.
