National Australia Bank (ASX:NAB) said State Street and its subsidiaries increased their stake in the company on May 8 to 8.28% or 253.9 million shares from 7.24% or 222.7 million shares, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.
The company's shares fell 2% in recent Wednesday trade.
