Hyster-Yale Raises Dividend 1.4%

Hyster-Yale raised its quarterly cash dividend 1.4% to 36.5 cents a share.

The maker of trucks and warehouse equipment said Tuesday it will raise the dividend from 36 cents.

The dividend is payable on both Class A and Class B common stock and will be paid June 16 to shareholders of record as of June 1.

The new payout, equal to $1.46 a year, represents an annual payout of 4.0% based on Monday's close of $36.41.
