Cisco Systems $(CSCO)$: The tech conglomerate is cutting jobs so that it can pour more resources into silicon, optics, security and AI. Shares soared 18% premarket.
Cerebras Systems $(CBRS)$: The chipmaker will start trading today after raising $5.5 billion in the biggest IPO so far this year.
Doximity $(DOCS)$: The digital platform for U.S. healthcare professionals posted lower profit in the fiscal fourth quarter amid higher operating costs. Shares sank more than 20% premarket.
Chevron $(CVX)$: The energy company has agreed to sell several Asia-Pacific refining and retail assets to Japan's Eneos (JP:5020). Chevron's shares ticked lower in thin premarket trading; Eneos shares slipped.
Applied Materials $(AMAT)$: The semiconductor-equipment maker will report earnings after the U.S. market close.
Watches of Switzerland (UK:WOSG): The luxury-watch retailer expects revenue to rise over the next 12 months on strong demand, particularly in the U.S. Shares rose 13% in London.
Burberry (UK:BRBY): The British brand said its turnaround is working, but shares retreated more than 4% in London.
Honda Motor (HMC, JP:7267): The carmaker reported its first annual loss as a listed company after backtracking on its EV plans in the U.S. Still, it expects to earn a net profit in the current fiscal year, and its U.S.-listed shares rose more than 3% premarket.
