WW International Reaches Settlement With Former CEO

WW International (WW) said in a late Friday regulatory filing that the company and former CEO Tara Comonte have reached a settlement agreement, under which it has agreed to pay her nearly $1.9 million in cash.

The company will also pay $150,000 related to attorney costs borne by Comonte directly to her legal counsel, according to the filing.

The agreement also includes a cooperation covenant on behalf of Comonte, a mutual non-disparagement covenant, and a confidentiality agreement, according to the company.
