CIFI Holdings (HKG:0884) recorded contracted sales of around 670 million yuan in April, with a gross floor area (GFA) of 68,600 square meters, according to a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing.
The property firm's average selling price for the month stood at approximately 11,200 yuan per square meter.
For the four months ended April 30, contracted sales and GFA reached roughly 3.08 billion yuan and 301,400 square meters, respectively, with an average selling price of 11,300 yuan per square meter.
