0219 GMT - AIMS APAC REIT likely has several unit-price catalysts, RHB Research's Vijay Natarajan says in research report. These include organic growth from high occupancy and positive rent reversions and inorganic growth from recent acquisitions and asset enhancements, the analyst says. The REIT also has exciting medium-term data-center growth potential, the analyst says, noting its Macquarie Park and Bella Vista assets in Australia were recently endorsed by the authorities as part of 15 data-center projects. RHB Research lifts its FY 2028 distribution-per-unit forecast for the REIT by 3%. It raises the unit's target price to S$1.70 from S$1.62 with an unchanged buy rating. Units are unchanged at S$1.57.
